Terms of Service for TranspicAI

These Terms set out the rules for using TranspicAI. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

Agreement To Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TranspicAI's website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, downloading or using the app, or otherwise accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service, or at least 13 years old if permitted by applicable law with parental or guardian consent where required.
You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep your account credentials secure.

TranspicAI provides features such as image-based translation, OCR, batch processing, account management, credits or subscriptions, and related functionality.
We may add, change, or discontinue features to improve the Service or comply with requirements.
The Service relies on third-party systems (including AI providers and app stores); availability and output quality may vary.

You are responsible for all activity under your account unless you notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
You must not share account credentials or circumvent access controls.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the Service or other users.

You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful content, harassment, malware, scraping or overload of systems beyond normal use, or attempts to reverse engineer or exploit the Service.
Do not upload images or content you do not have rights to use, or that infringe others' intellectual property or privacy.
Do not use the Service to generate or distribute content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

The Service, including software, branding, and documentation, is owned by TranspicAI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as intended for personal or internal business use according to these Terms.
You retain rights to content you submit; you grant us the license reasonably necessary to operate the Service (e.g., process, host, and transmit your uploads to provide translation and OCR).

Paid features may be offered through in-app purchases or other channels. Pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms are shown at purchase or in platform-specific terms.
Payments are processed by Apple, Google, or other payment providers; their terms also apply.
Unless required by law or stated at purchase, fees are generally non-refundable. Credits or subscriptions may expire or reset as described in the app.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Translations and OCR results may contain errors; you are responsible for verifying important information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for claims arising from the Service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim or fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50), unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

You agree to defend and indemnify us and our affiliates against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account where the app allows.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or users.
Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination (e.g., disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law).

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protections require otherwise.
If you have a dispute, contact us first; we hope to resolve issues informally.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves.
If changes are material, we will provide notice through the app, website, email, or other reasonable means where appropriate.
Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires explicit consent.
