Camera, Photos, And Files

  • The app requests camera access only when you choose to take a photo for translation.
  • The app requests photo library access only when you choose images from your device.
  • We do not access your camera, photos, or files in the background.
  • Images are uploaded only after you actively choose to translate, recognize, or process them.

How We Use Information

  • To provide image translation, OCR, batch translation, download, and account features.
  • To process uploaded images with AI translation providers and return translated results.
  • To manage user credits, subscriptions, purchase verification, and billing status.
  • To improve reliability, prevent abuse, debug issues, and maintain app security.
  • To contact waitlist users or customers about product access, support, or important service updates.

Third-Party Services

  • We may use third-party services for authentication, cloud storage, payment verification, analytics, hosting, and AI translation processing.
  • Uploaded images and related text may be sent to AI service providers when required to complete your requested translation or OCR task.
  • Payment details are handled by platform payment providers such as Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store your full payment card information.
